How to register
You’ll need to register before participating in auctions on Barn & Beyond:
- Create an account quickly, using a valid email address and password. Provide complete contact information and upload identification documents (personal ID or company registration) together with proof of address.
- Sellers must supply bank account details and any applicable tax/VAT or ownership documentation.
- Bidders must register a payment method and, where required, establish bidding limits or deposit arrangements.
- Now, please review and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Await verification confirmation by email - within 1 business day. Once approved, Barn & Beyond seller accounts may list items and Barn & Beyond bidder accounts may participate in auctions, including the use of automatic bidding features.

Listing Items or Bidding-it’s simple!
We set it up for you!
Our friendly Barn & Beyond team lists the item, uploads photos and descriptions, and configures the auction start/end times, starting price, reserve (if any), bid increment, and optional Buy Now price.
Auction countdown: the auction runs on a visible timer. Bidding opens at the start time and closes when the timer reaches zero (unless extended).
Bidding: bidders place bids that must be at least the current bid plus the set increment.
Automatic (proxy) bidding: you can enter a maximum bid and the system will automatically raise your bid only as much as needed to keep you in the lead, up to your maximum.
Time extension: if enabled, a last-minute bid will extend the auction by a short window to allow fair competition.
Winner and checkout: the highest valid bidder when the auction ends wins. The winner is notified and completes payment through the platform/checkout.
Secure payment process: funds are confirmed before release, so sellers receive payment and buyers receive their purchase.
Notifications and support: bidders, sellers and our admin team receive email updates for bids, outbids, auction start/end and the result — and our support team is available if you need help.
In short: Barn & Beyond handles the listing and setup; you bid (manually or automatically); the highest bidder at close pays securely and collects the item.
